Drum Festival Dance Sessions

HAVANA TIMES, March 6 – Again ready to pick up the beat, the 9th edition of the Festival Fiesta el Tambor is scheduled to take place on March 12 and 14 at the Casa de Cultura in the Plaza de la Revolucion municipality (Havana).

This edition of the Fiesta del Tambor will pay homage to two artists who recently passed: Ricardo “Papin” Abreu, founder of the group “Los Papines”; and Jesus Alfonso Miro, another great Cuban rumba master.
