Accident Causes Six Deaths in Camaguey

HAVANA TIMES, Jan 12 — A container that detached from a truck yesterday hit a bus full of passengers in Camagüey province. The accident resulted in six deaths and more than 30 people injured, reported Prensa Latina.

Of the 33 injured, five are reported in serious condition, as authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collision.

In the vicinity of this accident, another accident occurred five hours later. This one caused minor injuries to one of the three passengers of the car, whose driver was speeding and ran into a bridge, the note indicated.
