Brazil’s Lula visits Cuba

HAVANA, Oct. 30 – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva arrives Thursday to Cuba on his second official visit this year. The president will attend the signing of an agreement between Brazil’s Petrobras and Cubapetroleos (Cupet) oil companies, and the opening of the headquarters of the Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments of Brazil, APEX. Lula is also scheduled to meet with Cuban President Raul Castro.
