Credit from Saudi Fund to Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, April 29 — Cuba will receive a loan from the Saudi Fund for Development to refurbish several maternity hospitals on the island, affected by the economic crisis the country has faced over the last 20 years, reported IPS.

The agreement was signed yesterday in Havana by Foreign Investment and Trade Minister Rodrigo Malmierca and the Saudi Arabian Finance Minister Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, who heads the  board of the Saudi Fund for Development.
