Cuba’s “emos” Characterized
HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 13 – A study by the psychology faculty of the University of Havana revealed the special features of the “emos” in Cuba, an urban tribe whose presence has spread across the world.
The study by psychologist Yessabel Gomez is the first of its kind carried out in the country, reported IPS.
Gomez notes that the Cuban emos are happy, are conquerors and enjoy that image because it allows them to attract the opposite sex, “despite the fact that they use the same brands, the same colors, the same visual identity.”
