Cuba Health Brigade in Haiti Reinforced

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 26 — A new group of 30 doctors, nurses and technicians arrived in Haiti this week as part of the Cuba’s medical aid mission to the neighboring Caribbean country that is already over 1,300 strong, informed the local press on Saturday.

Cuban medical assistance to Haiti dates back over a decade.  It was reinforced after the January 2010 earthquake and more recently with the serious cholera epidemic.
