HAVANA TIMES, August 20 — Tropical Storm Harvey was born on Friday in the western Caribbean and is headed for a landing in Belize sometime Saturday afternoon, noted the National Hurricane Center in Miami.

The storm, packing 60 mph (100 kph) winds poses no threat to Cuba as it moves west, shows the forecast chart from the Cuban Weather Service (INSMET)

At 6:00 a.m. Cuban time (EDT) Harvey was located 210 kilometers (130 miles) east of Belize City, reported INSMET.
