Earthquake in Eastern Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, March 16 – An earthquake of 4.6 degrees on the Richter scale was registered yesterday night in eastern Cuba, reported the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).  According to the source, the epicentre was located some 50 kilometers south of the city of Santiago de Cuba, the second most important in the island.  IPS did not report any damage from the tremor.
