EU Keeps Cuba Policy on Back Burner
HAVANA TIMES, March 17 — The Council of Ministers of the European Union (EU) will not discuss the subject of relations with Cuba in its meeting next Monday and will postpone this analysis for the upcoming months, the press in Brussels reported.
Meanwhile, the High EU Representative for Foreign Relations, Catherine Ashton, will continue her contacts with the Cuban authorities to approach positions on the road to a new framework in bilateral ties, reported IPS.
