HAVANA TIMES, July 6 – Higher levels of the atmosphere across the Caribbean will be dominated by anti-cyclonic flows.

Daytime warming and moist air conditions will result in rain, mainly during the afternoons, especially at the beginning and end of the period.  A tropical wave will cause storms, which will arrive on Sunday (July 10) and that could extend for the subsequent two days.

The maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 31°C (88°F) and 33°C (91°F). The minimum temperatures will fluctuate around 24°C (75°F).

Winds will blow from the southeast to the south between 15 km/h (10 mph) and 30 km/h (19 mph), and from the east-northeast on Sunday with the arrival of the tropical wave.

The sea surface temperature will be 29°C (84°F).

No formation of tropical hurricanes is expected in the next 24-48 hours.
