Judge Resumes Trial against Posada

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 23 — U.S. Judge Kathleen Cardone decided to continue the trial against self-confessed terrorist Luis Posada Carriles and rejected the defence’s petition to annul some of the 11 charges or simply cancel the process, reported IPS.
