Ollanta Humala Arrives in Cuba
HAVANA TIMES, July 19 — Peruvian president-elect Ollanta Humala, arrived early Tuesday to Cuba for a working visit that includes meeting with Cuban President Raul Castro.
“I’ve come to visit this sister people and to exchange in an open agenda with your president,” said Humala at the Jose Martí International Airport, where he was received by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, reported Granma Newspaper.
Humala arrived in Havana after visiting Venezuela and Mexico. He takes office in Peru on July 28th.
