Sen. Kerry Demands Review of Cuba Funds

HAVANA TIMES, April 3 – US Democratic Senator John Kerry demanded a full review of the financing of the Cuban opposition, which this year will reach 20 million dollars. Kerry believes there is no evidence on the effectiveness of the programs for the promotion of democracy in Cuba, reported IPS.
