HAVANA TIMES — Rains are expected to fall at times until Sunday associated with Tropical Storm Andrea which formed today in the Gulf of Mexico and is moving in a north-northeasterly direction. The weather in Cuba will improve starting on Sunday.

Tropical Storm Andrea is not expected to pose a threat to the island.

The high temperatures will go from 28°C (82 F) on Thursday and Friday to 32°C (90 F) on Tuesday, which is expected to be a sunny day.  The lows will remain stable at around 24°C (75 F)

Winds will be moderate to strong until Sunday and then diminish in speed.

The sea surface temperature will reach 27°C (81 F).
