Cuban Teachers Get a Plantain Bonus

HAVANA TIMES – The illustrations in Matraca are inspired this week by the delivery of plantains as a bonus to high school teachers in Guantanamo. The photos went viral this week on social networks. It also refers to the negligence that caused the death of Luis Barrios, whose health deteriorated in the custody of the Cuban authorities.
