Fishing on the Havana Malecon Seawall

Photo feature by Elio Delgado Valdes

HAVANA TIMES — One of the favorite pastimes of many Havana residents is fishing from off the Malecon seawall. Some anglers walk away with good catches, others leave with only good suntans, but all of them feel satisfied with being able to spend a morning or afternoon with the emotions they feel when a fish swallows the bait.

This photo essay from the Havana Malecon shows some views of this activity, which always increases with the beginning of summer.
