President of Mexican Senate in Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 22 — Gustavo Madero, president of the Mexican Senate, is in Cuba heading a delegation invited by the local parliament. Madero is scheduled to meet with high ranking government and Communist Party officials.
