Back in January I asked our readers a few questions about our publication now in its 16th year. Today I want to share some of the answers.

The country’s highest authorities, headed by Raul Castro, close the Federation of Cuban Women’s congress in Havana .

The Government says it is carrying out “steps to guarantee the safe return”, but the conditions could prolong the operation over time.

For the sixth consecutive year, exiled Nicaraguan feminists united with Costa Rican women in a march, held in San Jose on March 8.

Nicaragua’s Minister of Finance protested, reminding the new CABEI bank president that Nicaragua voted for her.

We must ask not only who carried out the “rigorous investigation” but who approved it.

“Instead of telling us they will build a port to help us, stop providing the weapons they throw at us… Wherever we go, we find death.”

For the sixth consecutive year, Nicaraguan women were unable to demonstrate on March 8th, under the Ortega-Murillo dictatorship.

Although all of Cuba knows that ministers do not act on their own, in the note it seems as if the President and the Party had no knowledge.
