It’s been a month and a half since I had my appointment on my appeal for political asylum in Norway. I’m still waiting for an answer.
I’m a few days away from my meeting with Norway’s Immigration Board, to appeal the negative decision made in my asylum case.
I decided to talk about this issue as mental health isn’t given much importance in Nicaragua. Many suicides among young people are a result.
I’ve thought about going back lots of times, but we know what will happen: death or jail, and causing more pain for our families.
