The 6th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba comes to a close on Tuesday with the closing session scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. On Monday, the 1,000 delegates approved the reforms with modifications for the Cuban economy and a number of other resolutions yet to be made public.
