Cuban President Raul Castro arrived in Quito, Ecuador on Sunday to attend today’s swearing in of President Rafael Correa for a second term. On his first night in the South American country Raul attended a Political Council meeting of representatives of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA).
