British High Court Hears Appeal in Julian Assange’s Attempt to Avoid Extradition

In London, a critical appeal for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is underway at the British High Court of Justice.

The alarm statement was delivered by five independent rapporteurs acting under the mandate of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.

At least 31 journalists have been killed since October 7 across the region: 26 Palestinian, four Israeli and one Lebanese.
