  • In Australia we too are experiencing an alarming rise in childhood obesity. Like most parents we try to ignore the fact and hope that it goes way or we don’t know where to start or how to deal with the problem. Research has shown that there are 3 things that we as parents can do to help overcome childhood obesity 1/ change the kids diet 2/ get them off the couch and way from the TV or computer and 3/ exercise. I think that exercise is probably the hardest thing to get a kid to do but if you keep it fun and join in with them it all helps. Kick a ball around or play catch find something and it also means that you are interacting with your kids plus you are also getting exercise. Changing the kids diet and getting them off the couch. Hey we can help with that.

YES there is, unbelievable but true. My partner Pamela Vinten has written an eBook called ‘Chocolate Recipe Guilt Free” which gives you the history, benefits and over 70 original recipes using our healthy chocolate. I could go on and on but the best thing is to look at our site and decide for yourself if you want to give your kids a healthy chocolate. Go to http://www.chocolaterecipeguiltfree.com. I am going to give a very simple and easy recipe to make that the kids will love and come back for more every time. The ingredients are available from any good health food store or online.
