In Australia we too are experiencing an alarming rise in childhood obesity. Like most parents we try to ignore the fact and hope that it goes way or we don’t know where to start or how to deal with the problem. Research has shown that there are 3 things that we as parents can do to help overcome childhood obesity 1/ change the kids diet 2/ get them off the couch and way from the TV or computer and 3/ exercise.
