Cuba Returns to Standard Time

HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 31 — Cuba returned to standard time early Sunday.  Clocks fell back an hour at 1:00 a.m.  The east coast of the United States will follow suit on next Sunday, November 7th and regain the same time as Cuba.  For the time being Cuba is one hour earlier than Miami, Florida.
