Immigration Fraud Scheme Used Cuban Adjustment Act
Ivette Leyva Martinez
HAVANA TIMES — In yet another shameful spectacle for the defenders of the Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA), 14 people stood before a Miami federal court this Thursday on charges of contracting false marriages and committing immigration fraud to take advantages of the benefits afforded by the legislation.
According to a report from the South Florida Federal District Attorney’s Office, the frauds were committed between December 2009 and July 2014. They were perpetrated by two individuals identified as 51-year-old Odalys Marrero and 62-year-old Rolando Mulet, both residents of Kendall.
The alleged leaders of the fraud network recruited Cuban citizens who were eligible for permanent residency in the United States under the CAA and arranged fraudulent marriages with foreigners willing to pay for the service in order to evade the immigration regulations applicable to them.
Marrero and Mulet are accused of conspiring with six Cuban nationals and six non-Cuban hispanics to arrange these fraudulent marriages. The charges are conspiracy to arrange fraudulent marriages and related immigration fraud.
Marrero and Mulet are accused of charging foreigners for arranging the marriage, notarizing the fraudulent marriage certificates, filling out all of the migratory documents required and preparing the conspirators for their interviews with officers from the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS).
Under the CAA – in effect since 1966 – any Cuban citizen may obtain permanent US residency (for themselves and their spouses, regardless of their nationality) after residing in the United States for a year and submitting a valid entry document (known as a “parole” document).
Some 30,000 Cubans secure permanent residency in the United States every year under the CAA. The most recent figure (from 2013) was of 32,219 such cases.
The six marriages registered in the document were contracted in South Florida. With the exception of two, the accused reside in the Miami-Dade County.
Severe Sentences and Deportation in Sight
The case is being tried by assistant district attorney Robert Emery.
In addition to Marrero and Mulet, the following individuals were also arrested and charged:
Katiusca Elena Aguilar Navarro, 28 years old, from Doral.
Carlos Alberto Mederos Paule, 46 years old, from Miami.
Manuel Andres Gomez, 46 years old, from Wilton Manors (Broward).
Virginia De La Caridad Mederos Paule, 57 years old, from Miami.
Elisabet Kerese Alvarez, 38 years old, from Aventura.
Osvaldo Lastre Duran, 48 years old, from Sweetwater.
Natacha Perera, 44 years old, from North Miami.
Javier Manejias, 51 years old, from Antioch (Tenessee).
Marianelly Auxiliado Rodriguez, 48 years old, from Doral.
Rafael Abreu Gonzalez, de 46 years old, from Hialeah.
Okyvi Olmar Yoll Mesa, 35 years old, from Doral.
Salvador L Cabanas, 44 years old, from Kendall.
If they are found guilty the accused could face 20-year prison sentences. Because they committed felonies, all of the accused would be processed for deportation after serving their sentences.
United States Attorney Wifredo A. Ferrer stated, “Marriage and immigration fraud is a serious crime that seeks to undermine the integrity and fairness of our immigration system. Our Office will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to investigate these crimes and prosecute those individuals who seek to perpetrate fraudulent immigration schemes.”
The investigation was conducted by the US Citizenship and Immigration Service and the U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
This is not the first strike against immigration fraud under the CAA dealt by the District Attorney’s Office in Miami.
In April of 2013, 20 people were accused of falsifying and selling Cuban birth certificates to hundreds of illegal aliens to fraudulently secure permanent residency in the United States for them. Operation Havana Gateway was the largest action against fraud using Cuban documents of the last decade.
Several years ago, the United States and Cuba established a channel of cooperation to unmask immigration fraud by Latin American citizens pretending to be Cubans in order to obtain permanent residency and US citizenship. These collaborative efforts aim at verifying the authenticity of the documents, especially birth certificates, submitted by those who apply for permanent residency under the CAA.
The battle against immigration fraud is one of the issues tackled by migratory talks of recent years and today constitutes one of the matters to be addressed by the special commission that will resume negotiations in September, following the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and the United States.

Take this to be a sigh of relief!
Really? Isn’t that a little sad to you that a culture of 11 million educated and resourceful people can be reduced to and embodied in the persona of a single man? Albeit a brilliant and charismatic man, still just a man. Fidel was a flawed son, husband and father by his own admission. It should come as no surprise that the same man would be a flawed leader, yet you exalt him as equal to all of Cuba. Wow! IMO, your personal attacks are the issue. There’s a difference between writing “your comment sounds nuts” and writing “you are nuts”. Any well administered blog should frown on the latter at its first or second occurrence. But when a commenter disagrees with another commenter and casts aspersions against heritage time and again, these comments must finally be edited. If you love Cuba as you claim, I would think that you would want CUBANS and not just one family to decide what future Cuba should have. That’s what I want for Cuba.
“Dear” Moses: My last answer to you was heavily edited by Circles as it challenged your perception of your own identity, as you most often have done to me in the past. Since You, MacDuff and the odd Cuban-American “sniper” are allowed to do that to me in print and sometimes (olgasintamales and Fez) even in Spanish, or simply print insults rather than respond to the points I make, and yet I am not allowed to respond in kind and my printed responses edited, I feel this is an obvious case of discriminatory censorship and editorial bias. Unless this situation is addressed and corrected, I see no point in participating any further.
It’s been fun exposing your vested efforts to Blame the Victim for everything the USA has caused in my beloved Cuba and know that for me and the overwhelming majority of the Cuban Population Fidel is Cuba and Cuba is Fidel.
Patria O Muerte
Correction please: Anti-CASTRO diatribe. You are bored because you are trying to defend a regime from both empirical and anecdotal criticisms with the Castros time-worn tactics of diversion and nostalgia. Cubans are leaving Cuba and buildings are crumbling even as I write this. You have no answer for that. So what do you do, criticize the US. I would be bored too.
I have no tolerance for the USA, put me down #1 with the haters.
My references to your comments are used for debunking, destroying, denouncing and defeating your anti-Cuba diatribe in a debate, which is what this forum is for, and I’ve done it to the point of boredom.
I am quite comfortable with my knowledge of my heritage. I’m also well aware that there will always be US-haters. Nonetheless we remain the preferred destination for permanent immigration and especially from “your country”. The fact that you have lived in Canada longer and more prosperously than you did in Cuba is ironic given your expressed loyalty to the Castros. Your frequent references to my prior comments betrays the residual impact these comments have made. I suggest that you lighten up. Current Cuban leadership will be dead soon enough and a new day will dawn in Cuba.
No, it’s cute because you are failing miserably at your propaganda job and just want to insult my country when it’s your country that receives the most insults of any in the whole world and these come with fully justified causes; You are a Terrorist nation, you are a Bully Nation, you are a Thieving Nation, you are a Murderous Nation, you are a Racist Nation, you are a Lying Nation, and you Moses fit quite well in this scenario.
Has becoming self-reliant instead of invading and looting other countries ever cross the mind of the Government of the USA or yours? Any more grammatical mistakes or second/third language syndrome derived errors you want to split semantical hairs with me on?
Hey there Moses, I can say quite a lot in “Classical Yoruba” and some in Bantú as they are my liturgical languages, part of my African Heritage which was officially recognized, accepted and studied only after the triumph of the Revolution. Can you speak, understand or have any notion of the ancestral languages and/or Culture on the African side of your ancestry? Do you even you have the slightest notion of that beyond watching “Roots”?
I know that you think that’s cute but that’s why Cuba is a beggar nation. The goal of becoming self-reliant never crosses your mind?
That’s a great start, Thanks!
The issue of “Marriages of Convenience” is not peculiar to Cuban immigrants to the US. In fact, because of the CAA, Cuban citizens do not need to form fraudulent marriages to stay in the country. Immigrants from other countries engage in this form of immigration fraud far more often than do Cubans.
I would not be surprised to discover the Cuban government is involved in furnishing the false documents used by these criminals to sell to non-Cubans. Such a scheme would serve the Castro regime in two ways: firstly, it brings in cash, and secondly it undermines the CAA. There is evidence the Cuban government is involved in the medicare scams among recent Cuban immigrants in Florida, for the same motives: cash and as a means to undermine the USA. This was the same motivation behind the Cuban government involvement in the drug trade in the 1980’s. By allowing Cuban airspace & waters to be used as a trans-shipment zone for Colombian drug cartels smuggling drugs to the US, Castro brought in millions for the Revolution, while undermining US society.
Blah, blah, blah. What you want is foreign aid, lower trade tariffs, and a State dinner in the White House.
The regimes of Somoza Sr and Jr were both considered “Democratically elected governments” by the USA, so were Trujillo’s and Batista’s reigns of Terror and what about Papa Doc Duvalier, hum…what about Andrés Pérez-Jiménez, and didn’t Rojas Pinilla get “elected” after the Coup, oh and that Ríos something general in Guatemala, and many other really tyrannical, blood-thirsty and corrupt regimes in fact. This is why the tag “Democratically elected government recognized by the USA” means absolutely nothing in Latin America or anyplace in the world controlled by US dollars. So don’t hide behind that “Made in the USA” label, you know is absolute crap. We want you out of our politics and our pockets, then and only then can we can be good neighbors and friends.
can you point to any war crime that the Canadians committed anywhere on the planet , versus the Americans
Unfortunately there is no way of getting to a specific point without giving examples , the issue of immigration is not limited to one geographic area , I had to go through it at least 3 times keeping in mind I am one of the lucky Palestinian refugees who have succeeded in settling down somewhere , Maybe Havana Times need to expand there horizon a little bit .
Same old tune that has been answered by many here a thousand times. They come for the $ the USA stole from them back home in terms of natural resources and labour, they come for the good life that USA policies denied them in their countries of origin, they are all the “chickens coming home to roost”, like you for example, that have already changed every aspect of society and everyday life in the USA. Don’t you have anything else to say?
Canada has also sent troops on UN peacekeeping missions to Cyprus, Bosnia, Kosovo, Somalia, to Sinai in the 1950’s and to the border between Iran & Iraq following the war in the early 1980’s, to Lebanon, to the Golan, to Western Sahara, to Eritrea, and to Darfur.
In each of these missions, Canadian soldiers have put themselves in danger to protect the lives of Muslim civilians.
Nidal and Carlyle you are steering the debate thousands of miles away from the subject of the article. Please move on or address the issues at hand in the article.
There is difference between the war in Afghanistan and endless misery the United States imposed on certain countries , Canada going to war does not compare with the US .
In the days of Jean Chretian somewhere along that timeline a video clip came out with Canadian peacekeeping force somewhere in Africa , in the video one soldier ask another I quote more or less ” are we going home yet answer , no we haven’t killed enough N” , There was an immediate court-martial , how many Americans have been court-martialed for what they have done Iraq
In the government of Mr Jean Chretian there was only one person on the side of the Zionist .
Chretian whom I vote for was a respectable human being ,
There is less Canadians right now then when I lived there , I immigrated to Canada I know what immigration is all about .
The amount of assistant the Zionist get from Mr Stephen Harper and the current Canadian government amounts to Canadian being cosponsor in the Palestinian genocide .
Watch the following video clip
nidal, Canada was not under the control of the British at the time of both World Wars. The decision to enter both wars was taken by the then Governments of Canada.
It is correct that Canada’s laws are based on English law. (Scots law is different).
It is mythical to suggest that Canada is a different country under the current Government of Mr. Harper. There have been some policy changes, for example monthly payments to parents for every child under school age – previously there was no program supporting child care and the end of military action in Afghanistan which commenced under Jean Chretian. During the period of Harper’s administration Canada has an increase of over 1.3 million people employed and has accelerated the admission of more political and racial refugees, the Harper government officially apologized to the native people for former governments policies and similarly provided compensation to Chinese immigrants who were charged a “head tax” when entering Canada. Would you oppose any of the measures I have given?
You choose I think foolishly, to separate people by religion – as a non-believer, I can only observe that a Christian is certainly not to be compared with the IS in Syria – whose religion is?
Before I go on defending Canadians allow me to tell you how I feel about them , I am NOT an expert on Canadian history , what I am going to do is tell you what I know , World War 1 and World War 2 Canada was under the control of the British , until 1982 Canada was using British law ,
Every time the Canadian passed a new law they had to send it over to the British Parliament for approval until Canada Act 1982 .
Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper is Evangelical Christian fundamentalist , as we the Palestinians achieved certain level of success over the Zionist in boycott Israel and the BDS movement , the Canadian Prime Minister provided the political cover and assisted Israel in overcome some of or actions,
Shamefully if I might say so myself .
Canadian credibility around the World is much better than Americans , the way he assisted Israel in covering up their acts of terrorism in Palestine is extremely painful and shameful , therefore Palestinian blood on his hand as much as on the hands of the Americans , prior to Mr Harper Canada was a different country , I wall give you one example , in the 1st Gulf War 1990 , with the threat of chemical warfare , the Israelis refused to provide gas masks to the Palestinians, Canada was the only nation to attempt supplying the Palestinians with gas masks , When it comes to military action there is no comparison between Canada and the US , at no given time did the Canadian initiated any kind of war against anyone , yes they committed genocide against Native Americans , what I’m talking about is what United States did in Central and South America , don’t forget Vietnam and what’s going on in the Middle East right now , there is no other country that have inflicted as much mayhem and malice on other country as much as the US of A .
There is a big difference between someone who was more or less forced into action and who initiate the action .
You doing a good job on twisting things around and throwing them back at those who you disagree with .
John, when you write, “It is an oligarchy: a government by and for the wealthy.” I think you want to write Plutocracy.” Please note that I am not agreeing with you; I am merely correcting your use of the word ‘oligarchy.’
Nidal, Canada was heavily involved in both World Wars and is a member of NATO. Yes, the Blue Beret of the UN was a concept of a Canadian Prime Minister, Lester B. Pearson (the fellow that Toronto’s international airport is named after). But although not participating in George W. Bush’s invasion of Iraq, Canada was involved in Afghanistan, is involved in Syria against IS and it was a Canadian General who was in charge of the NATO attacks on Libya. In the case of Iraq, it could be said that the then Liberal Government took the right decision for the wrong reasons, because it did avoid Canada being party to the nonsense about “weapons of mass destruction” promulgated by Bush and which did so much to tarnish the reputation of General Colin Powell, Canada also fought in Korea – which you may recall was a UN action. Currently Canada has military advisors in Ukraine in opposition to the Russian motivated and controlled invasion of that country and has participated in naval operations in the Baltic. As you probably also know, Canada supports Israel as a democratic country.
I wondered a little about your statement of having 18 grandfathers, so I hope it is helpful to explain that in western culture the only people so described are the fathers of ones mother and father (ie: 2) but should emphasize that I am not questioning whether you know of 18 relatives not being permitted to return to Israel, although 18% of the people of Israel are Arab and being a democratic country have the vote and can elect members of any party they chose unlike the people of Cuba.
thank you for mentioning this book I would definitely go through it and get back to you with what they think of it
Yes countries have the right to prevent certain individuals from entering their territory , Canada for example will not allow US citizens who have DOI on there record to enter Canada , that being said can you tell me how many countries Canada had invaded and destroyed ?Or bombed to the stone age as Americans like to say .
The point here if the United States starts a civil war in Salvador for example , and make life unlivable for the native inhabitants , than any and all Salvadorians have the right to move out of the way and come to United States to live a peaceful life if they choose to .
If what you say about Che Guevara is true then how does that compare to the 500,000 children Americans starve to death in Iraq , this number of the dead did not include children who are five years and one day old , keep in mind Saddam Hussein came to power with the CIA’s help
What about the countless lives that was wasted for the simple fact they were in the wrong place at the wrong time in front of American greed , or should I say US vital interest .
I had no intention of staying in the United States , I was on my way to Peru , circumstances forced a change of plans , I made the mistake off using an Israeli travel document , what I did not know is after it was expired in one year , I was not allowed to go back to my own country the country in which I was born in , the country of my grandfathers , I have at least 18 grandfathers in the same hole , can you tell me how many grandfather’s does an average Israeli have buried in Palestine ? considering when the British took over there was seven thousand Jews +- in all of Palestine , Initially the US was heaven then I realized how evil American politics can get .
The Jewish identity was established in Egypt , before that they where Hebrew, Jerusalem was a Canaan functioning city before the Hebrews came out from UR in Mesopotamia .
Since the subject is migration my family lore is that we have come out of Yemen thousand year ago with a Christian migration which means I am as Arab as they get , and proud to be one , my distaste to the US have to do with the policies off the US and not the people , like I said previously I have come across blue eyes blonde white Americans who hated the government of the United States more than I could have imagined , and I tell you it was an eye opening experience .
John, I have read Killing Hope and I do not agree with most of the precepts upon which the 54 interventions have been alleged. In most of these cases, the democratically elected government INVITED US involvement. You should not simply parrot anti-US propaganda without knowing all the facts. In many cases, internationally well-known undisputed facts.
Why not just kill them at the border .
It’s the new American Way .
Interesting that we have all the angry people in the U.S. flocking to two candidates who are reaching out to that anger.
One is Trump who blames the poor for the problems of the country .
The other is Sanders who blames the oligarchy;the wealthy for the problems of the country.
Guess which one has all the attention of the CORPORATELY -OWNED U.S. media…. in great detail…. 24-7 and guess which one gets less than 10% of that air time.?
Have you ever done as I requested and gone to the “Killing Hope ” website and read the “introduction” to the book ?
You could not have done so and written the following:
“Not all US policies have been correct or successful, but at least the bulk of them have been in pursuit of the freedom of mankind rather than dictatorship of the left or right. Those policies have not always been successful, especially within the Americas”
There are 54 instances of U.S. interventions since WWII listed in that book in great detail and not one of those involved doing good.
It’s not a matter of the U.S. “not being perfect ” and basically being good any more than Stalin or Hitler were basically good and made a few mistakes., a few bad choices.
You refuse to see that it’s a long and dirty history .
It’s there for you to read and you ignore because you have to.
You prove the old adage: ‘It’s an easier thing to do to lie to someone than it is to tell them (and have them accept) that they have been lied to ”
You’ve been lied to .
I did like your post BUT…the United Snakes is not a democracy .
It is not even the republic it was ostensibly set up to be back in 1788 or so.
It is an oligarchy: a government by and for the wealthy . It is an unelected dictatorship of money.
U.S. foreign policy has always been overwhelmingly about the defeat of democratic movements both in the economies and governments of close to 75 countries over the past century.
What they are attempting to do to Cuba is just the latest installment of the Empire making the world safe for (totalitarian) free-enterprise capitalism.
Every aspect of America’s Cuban policy since the 1950s has undermined democracy and made the U. S. resemble a Banana Republic in the eyes of the rest of the world. It is all a direct consequence of the U. S. teaming with the Mafia in 1952 to support the Batista dictatorship in Cuba so rich U. S. businessmen could join the Batistianos and the Mafiosi to partake in the rape and robbery of a helpless smaller country. At least it was believed to be helpless till the Cuban Revolution shocked the world in January of 1959 by booting the thieves off the island, mostly to Miami. Then the second most shocking thing occurred: The U. S. government permitted the Batista/Mafia dictatorship to immediately and, it seems, permanently reconstitute itself on U. S. soil, mostly in Miami but also in Union City and subsequently in Washington. The Cuban Adjustment Act, Wet Foot/Dry Foot, and other laws easily rammed through an intimidated or bought-and-paid-for Congress have been solely designed to benefit Cubans at the expense of everyone else. What is surprising about this article is that even the federal government, after all these decades, is trying to rein in at least one aspect of that broad affront to democracy. Who knows? The U. S. government might yet decide that blowing up Cuban civilian airplanes, hotels, etc., is also wrong. But, as indicated in this article, the cottage industry that arises from pro-Cuban/anti-EVERYONE ELSE laws is something that is anticipated. For example, anti-Cuban zealots have dictated that draining Cuba of baseball stars, ballet performers, doctors, etc., harms Cuba…so such practices are rampant and spawn armies of unsavory recruiters, agents, etc. The thousands of Cuban doctors that serve in the poorest areas of poor countries are being severely targeted with lush rewards to defect, not to help the U. S. but to hurt Cuba. The Cuban Adjustment Act dates back to 1966 but, both before and after that date, Cuban laws designed to enrich or empower Cubans, or to sate their revenge against Castro, shame the U. S. democracy. If that is not so, perhaps some Cuban-American in Miami will explain to us in this forum why that is not so.
There are many countries that do not allow convicted felons to immigrate. The US is far from being an exception. Why should any country welcome felons or immigrants who having accepted refuge abuse the privilege and commit crimes?
Unfortunately for Dr. Ernesto Guevera’s record, he was responsible for the execution of over 350 Cubans at El Morro following the revolution in Cuba. That is fact. He went to Africa with the declared purpose of creating revolution in other peoples countries – you may respond that the purpose of the US embargo was to create another revolution in Cuba – if the US was wrong in its purpose, so was Che Guevera. He incidentally recorded in his diary that his actions in Africa were a: “history of failure”.
He next with financial support by the Castro family regime, turned his attentions to Bolivia in trying to create another revolution, but again failed and was executed by Bolivians.
Yes, it is correct that the Castro family regime through the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of Cuba has turned the image of Che Guevera into the Cuban equivalent of Robin Hood and although dead for almost fifty years, his image is plastered over the classrooms of every school in Cuba.
To his credit, Che Guevera was a true revolutionary concerned following his motor-cycle trip around South America and seeing the abject poverty to try in his revolutionary way to create different living conditions. He never endeavored to enrich himself. As a devoted Marxist Che swallowed the idea of Stalin in trying to pursue the concept of: “the New Man”. Like Stalin he failed. I think that had Che lived and ever returned to Cuba, he would have been disgusted with the Castro family regime, its policies and avaricious motivations. As a revolutionary, Che would have deplored the cost of that ridiculous memorial and mausoleum in Santa Clara. believing that such expenditure should benefit the people. It is just a part of the Castro promotion and pursuit of the cult of the personality.
Your endeavors to blame the US for all the problems around the world are really quite foolish. Not all US policies have been correct or successful, but at least the bulk of them have been in pursuit of the freedom of mankind rather than dictatorship of the left or right. Those policies have not always been successful, especially within the Americas. But without the leadership of the US, the world today could well resemble North Korea, Syria or Cuba in each of which there is a left wing family dictatorship. I know that communists think that would be a good thing – but they usually preach their convictions from the safety of free democratic countries. That could properly be described as a touch hypocritical.
The destruction of Cuba’s economy has been at the hands of the Castro family regime. Agricultural production in Cuba has gone down and down and down and DOWN for fifty six long dreary years. Sugar production has declined by 85% in 25 years. Hundreds of thousands of acres of good agricultural land has reverted to bush in a world where people are starving and a country where the population is subject to food rations.
Trying to divert attention away from the inadequacy of the regime is the route pursued by admirers of communist dictatorships.
…and yet they, like you, flock to this country. You should have taken your own advice and stayed away. ….Perhaps you should not have committed a felony
We need not forget our humanity every moment of the day anywhere on this planet , we’re not dealing with hardcore criminals we are dealing with human beings with hopes and dreams for the future .
If Americans give themselves the right to destroy a country like Iraq and starve to death 500,000 children under the age of five ( keep in mind five years of age and one day doesn’t count ) countless millions died and start a civil wars that will go on for years and years , then a handful of individuals trying to improve the lives and the lives of those around them is no big deal .
I have finished watching documentary on Che Guevara from History Channel ,I could not believe the mother off all propaganda they injected into it , they made Che Guevara evil , who wants to start WW3 if you believe that , at the same time the misery US left behind in Central America was hardly mention.
If some individuals swallow the Americans lie I do not blame them ,
I fear that the US Embassy in Havana is nothing more then a Trojan Horse .
What the American did in different countries shameful if I may add , destroying them from the inside out might happen to Cuba .
The purpose of what I’m writing is to show you some of the reasons why certain individuals believe the American hypocrisy , leave there country and waste their lives building somebody else’s country . I am one of them .
United States represented themselves in Iraq as saviours , the fact that American airplanes where parachuting bags full off counterfeit Iraqi Dinar doesn’t get mention , keep in mind if somebody is to counterfeit one US dollar he will spend the rest of his life in jail , after all this money showed up on Iraqi street the economy collapsed . Preaching their unique American propaganda meant to have people leave Iraq , they used to call Professors , Doctors , scientist , telling them to leave the country or die .
In Egypt they could not defeat them using force of arms , They implanted a traitor and move on with the so called Camp David Peace Accords , Money was pump in to Egyptian economy to the point where the population expended from thirty million to sixty million in few short years , Egypt was a self-sufficient country before you know it they have to import food .
South Sudan was convinced if they split from the north they would have a beautiful country , the end result was endless Civil War .
The fact that South Sudan is sitting on so much oil and mineral resources in which the capitalist could not allowed to come on the market and deplete prices did not got mentioned to them , to have them kill each other was a cheaper option .
All through American history we find stories of population that have no incentive to migrating , American establishment left them with no choice , if they do come to United States and violated there law they could spend 20 years of there life in Jill .
Palestine, Syria , Iraq , Lebanon ,Haiti , Salvador , Nicaragua , the same story repeats itself .
At one point they all wear a stable society until the gringos show up , that would be the end of it .
Americans need to stop being a bunch of hypocrites , how many of you know if you immigrate to the US and convicted of a felony you could not become a citizen , and you would be deported , getting yourself a felony in the United States is easier than you think, read the following (Three Felonies a Day )
For those of you who are thinking of emigrating to America , think of your country first , instead of wasting your life building somebody else’s country build your own .
American today follow the Bolshevik mono , Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.”” – Lavrentiy Beria, head of Joseph Stalin’s secret police …
Why do they bother to get fraudulent documents and jump through all the hoops? Just walk across the border from Mexico or Canada and enter illegally, they will get much better benefits and they will not chance getting deported. Just move to the “free zone” in San Francisco. Welcome to Cali. 🙂
Monopoly perhaps best describes the consequences:
“Go to jail,…………….”
