Low-Budget Film Festival in April

HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 26 –The 9th Humberto Solás Low-Budget Film Festival will be held in the eastern city of Gibara next April 5-10, according to Sergio Benvenuto, director of the event, which on this occasion will pay tribute to its deceased founder on the 70th anniversary of his birth, reported IPS.
