HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 14 – Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Angel Moratinos will not meet with representatives of the Cuban dissidence during his upcoming visit to Cuba on October 18 and 19, announced official sources in Madrid.

The Spanish FM plans to meet with his counterpart Bruno Rodríguez and it is possible that he will hold talks with President Raúl Castro and his brother Fidel, reported IPS.
