World’s Tallest Man Returns to Cuba

Sultan Kosen

HAVANA TIMES — Sultan Kosen, who with his 2.47 meters in height is recognized as the world’s tallest man, comes to Cuba this Saturday, for his third visit to the island, reported the newspaper Juventud Rebelde.

Kosen arrives in Havana accompanied by his manager, Bobby Rostov, and will stay for four days at the emblematic Hotel Nacional, before returning to his native Turkey.

The rapid growth of Kosen was due to the incidence of a tumor in her pituitary gland that was removed two years ago, and allowed him to establish a Guinness record.
