HAVANA TIMES – To guarantee the reelection of Nicolas Maduro of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela in the April 22nd presidential elections, the Venezuelan government disqualifies political parties and possible candidates.

  • Hum, seems very similar to the methods used by Maduro’s Central American ally Daniel Ortega. The ends justify the means and that’s all.

  • Looks like Venezuela is just following the lead of the D.N.C. with their “super delegates” and well-hidden slush funds provided by large corporate donors, such as defense contractors, in shutting out Bernie Sanders from the nomination during the 2016 elections.
