HAVANA TIMES – The man who is dreaming with president Miguel Díaz Canel: “Starting next Monday, we will begin to distribute for all children from 0 to 14 years, as well as to the elderly over 65, a liter of milk daily, and 15 cans of condensed milk per month; as well as 3 pounds of beef and 3 lbs. of pure coffee per consumer. Also 3 pounds of hake and 5 of oranges. For the following week the rations will include sausage, chickpeas, yellow cheese and much more”. The woman who shouts: “Hey! Get up, you need to go get the gas canister!
