US Teacher Giving Workshop in Cuba
HAVANA TIMES, Jan 10 — Imna Arroyo, a professor with Eastern Connecticut State University, will be conducting classes in print making at the “Experimental Graphics Workshop” (Spanish: Taller Experimental de la Grafica) of Havana, reported the Prensa Latina news agency.
Arroyo, who visited Cuba a decade ago, said the workshop will also offer the expertise of Raoulf Mama, a professor at Oakland University with whom she has collaborated in recent years.
According to Arroyo, during the International Book Fair (to take place from February 9 to 19 in Havana), people will be able to view a project currently being undertaken in conjunction with the Experimental Graphics Workshop.
