Cuba Allows Citizens to Travel Abroad

Beginning January 14, 2013, Cuba will allow its citizens to travel abroad without first obtaining exit permits, a key, and long awaited reform of President Raul Castro. They will be able to leave the island with a valid passport and visa from the country of destination.
