HAVANA TIMES – The hot days will continue in the Cuban capital, with skies mostly clear in the mornings and a little cloudier in the afternoons. The probability of rain will remain low, although some showers may occur in the afternoons and evenings. The winds will be variable and weak, with speeds below 25 km/h.

The high temperatures will range at 32 and 33° C (90 and 91 F), with the lows at 24 and 25° C (75 and 77 F). The sea surface temperature will be 29° C (84 F).

Meteorological conditions

The subtropical Atlantic anticyclone extends its ridge to a large part of Cuba and adjacent seas, maintaining a high pressure regime on the island, with weak winds and a low probability of rain, except those associated with the convection generated with the warming during the days.

For the North Atlantic, the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico, no tropical cyclone formation is expected during the next 5 days.
