The weather will be marked by typical summer heat with rain more likely in the afternoons of the first half of the period.
The maximum temperatures will fluctuate around 32°C (90°F), while the minimum temperatures will range between 24°C (75°F) and 25°C (77°F).
Winds will be variable and weak.
The sea surface temperature will be around 30°C (86 F).
A low-pressure area in the south of the Gulf from Mexico at the end of a stationary front that extends to central Florida could end up organizing itself to become a tropical depression in next 24-48 hours. In any case, it does not represent a danger to the country.
The storm path models of indicate that tropical storm Maria will not represent a danger to Cuba.
In the rest of the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico there are no expectations of tropical cyclonal development in the next 24 to 48 hours.
