Brazil Court Hands Lula a Second 12-year Sentence for Corruption
Former Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was handed a second prison sentence for corruption on Wednesday, reported dpa news. Judge Gabriela Hardt sentenced Lula to 12 years and 11 months in prison for graft and money laundering. Lula was jailed in April on another 12-year sentence for related corruption.
