Cuban dissident Oscar Elias Biscet and his wife, Elsa Morejon, were invited by President Obama to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Presidential Medal for Freedom. Only Morejon is attending as Biscet was not allowed to leave Cuba.
