I am interested in travelling to Cuba to see the National Ballet, what advise can you give me regarding dates, events and visa requirements or limitations for a US or an Irish citizen?

I understand this is a long shot but I am hopefully visiting Cuba for around 6 months from September and wondered if there was any help or advice you could give me.
