Ex-Con Wants to Return to Cuba

Rene Gonzalez, the only released prisoner of the Cuban Five, has filed a new motion with a Federal Court in Florida requesting to be allowed to return to Cuba for the remainder of his three year probation.

TS Debby to Cross Northern Florida

Tropical Storm Debby has changed course several times while churning slowly. First it was supposedly headed west, then north and now east for a probable landing in the coming days somewhere on the northwestern Florida peninsula. Debby does not pose a threat to Cuba.

TS Debby Slowly Heads North

Tropical Storm Debby is slowing moving north, headed for a landing towards the weekend probably somewhere on the Florida Panhandle. It poses no direct threat to Cuba, now far to the southeast of the eye of the storm.
